Communication Chair and Blogger
- Must be a student in the Faculty of Common Law at the University of Ottawa;
- Write monthly blogs on topics related to disability law, law school experiences for students with disabilities, or disability events;
- Encourage others to comment on DLA stories and share their own stories;
- Promote events;
- Help manage the website by posting information that may be of interest for club members;
- Attend by-monthly in person meeting;
- Participate in DLA executive meetings and general meetings;
- Respond to e-mail in a prompt manner from other executives; and
- Be willing to act as DLA ambassador after you leave the University of Ottawa (the DLA h would like to continue to expand our network).
Time commitment: 2-4 hours a week
Term October 1, 2013 – May 1 2014 (in training after elected in September until October)
