Annual General Meeting
The Disability Law Association (DLA) will hold its first Annual General Meeting of this academic year on Thursday October 24th in FTX 316 from 11:30 am to 1 pm. All are welcome.
General Meeting on Running for Executive 2013-2014
The Disability Law Association (“DLA”) will hold its last General Meeting of this academic year on Tuesday April 2nd in FTX 137 from 9 am to 10 am. Although you do not need to identify yourself as having a disability to be part of the executive, you must be sensitive to the experiences of students with disabilities in law school and be passionate about disability rights.
At the meeting we will be holding an information session on the positions for next year's President (or co-presidents), Communication Chair and Blogger, Treasurer, Second Year Representative, Third Year Representative, and French Representative.
Winter General Meeting 2013
Our winter general meeting will be February 19 at 4:00pm to 4:30pm in FTX 359. Please invite others who are interested in disability law, accessibility, or have an idea for the D.L.A. to implement. At that meeting will be also inviting applications for the D.L.A. executive.
Snacks will be provided.
Come and hear about ways you can get involved, what events will be happening, and contribute and add new ideas for events/programs.
Fall General Meeting 2012
On Monday October 1st from 12 noon to 1 pm the association had a general meeting. It was in room FTX 416 which is next to the book store. The wrong room number posted due to a type-o in the reservation conformation e-mail. Everyone on the mailing will receive the minutes from the meeting. Apologies about the mistake.
