Year/Class Representatives
- Must be a student in the Faculty of Common Law at the University of Ottawa;
- Must be in the year you are running for;
- Liaise with your class cohort students to help promote the DLA mandate;
- Understand the unique challenges that your class cohort face in regards to accessibility and suggest ways that the DLA can enact improvements;
- Create an event that is targeted to your graduating class year;
- Attend by-monthly in person meeting;
- Participate in DLA executive meetings and general meetings;
- Respond to e-mail in a prompt manner from other executives; and
- Be willing to act as DLA ambassador after you leave the University of Ottawa (the DLA would like to continue to expand our network).
Time commitment: 1-2 hours a week
Term October 1, 2013 – May 1 2014 (in training after elected in September until October)
